What is Basic onboarding?

Basic onboarding includes one virtual conference (up to 1 hour), unlimited onboarding email support, and access to our extensive library of how-to videos to walk you through the entire setup process.

How long does it take to setup my TeleCloud?

Almost the entire process is automated but it may take some time for your custom domain to propagate across the internet, usually no more than 72 hours.

What is a module build out?

TeleCloud already supports many popular carriers and service providers for real-time provisioning. If your agreement is with a provider that's not currently supported we'll build out a module to enable real-time provisioning at no cost to you.

How does the active order fee work?

We calculate this fee each 30 days for the amount of end-user orders that are or were previously (within the 30 day window) active. For example. if you have 100 active orders at any point during the billing period your total order fee would be $150 on the VNO plan.

Which merchant account providers are supported?

Authorize.net, Stripe, and Helcim are currently supported. We can't integrate all gateways (due to their limitations) but after a quick review, if we can integrate your gateway we'll do it at no cost to you.

How are support hours calculated?

Support hours are tracked in a log, they include phone calls and ticket support with each ticket reply counted as 15 minutes. Additional support hours are $25 each.
