If your custom domain recently went live please follow this setup guide to configure key components of your TeleCloud APP platform.

This guide will walk through the steps to set up your new TeleCloud APP.

Estimated completion time: 30 minutes

We highly recommend completing the steps of this guide in order to simplify the setup process. Each step in this guide will direct you to a different article, return to this article to continue with the next step.

 

  1. Configure E-Mail Notifications
    TeleCloud sends various e-mail notifcations to you and your customers. Some of these communications can be vitally important to the operation of your business (like getting notified when there is a reply to a support ticket). Setup your notifcations first to ensure your business runs smoothly moving forward.

  2. Configure a Payment Gateway
    In order to accept payments in the platform from your customers (wether it be manually, via a private label website, the TeleCloud API, or using the auto-pay functionality) you'll need to configure a payment gateway.

  3. Create logins for your staff
    To keep track of who does what on your TeleCloud APP we highly recommend creating a login for each individual who will have access. These "Cloud Users" can have variying levels of access. If you don't have a staff or don't feel the need to create additional cloud users you can skip this step.
